What does this mean for you?

We already told you that our strong international growth in recent years and a product range that requires our full focus has led us to decide to continue as two separate companies from 1 June. Access management will go its own way under the name Synguard, while Syntegro will fully focus on workforce management solutions.

What does this mean?

All existing offers remain valid for their specified period of validity. All new quotations and invoices from June will be in the name of Synguard NV.

The software and hardware for both access management and workforce management is still developed on one common platform, which means you, as a customer, can continue to enjoy a fully integrated solution.

Do you need solutions for time registration? Synguard will remain your trusted partner for this too. We will take this up internally with our colleagues, so that you continue to have a single point of contact.
