What is Park 7?

Park 7 is a new and innovative project with several environmentally friendly buildings. Park 7 was created with a focus on the people who will work and live there - the buildings themselves are not the main focus.

Located near the European capital of Brussels and only minutes away from Belgium's largest airport, this green campus puts the well-being of people first. Because healthy people produce better work, and better work makes for better companies.

The first building under construction is the Onyx building.

The Onyx gebouw in Park 7 is the answer for companies looking for an eco-friendly office space with the latest technologies. Located between Brussels Airport and the centre of Brussels, this community hub makes work better.

This building was developed by Immogra. They are responsible for the development process from A to Z. A total approach with a streamlined and efficient decision-making structure where the customer is central.

Why did Immogra choose Synguard?

Bob Verdonck, Project Director at Immogra can put it clearly:

"We chose Synguard because they offer a solution for all our access needs: from parking to visitors, from tenants to administrators. And all in one clear system."

Synguard can meet the needs of such a large and flexible business park. This is due to its extensive range of access management hardware and software solutions. Access control, visitor management, parking management, ... Synguard combines the right hardware and software in a single software package.

The flexibility of management in a single uniform interface makes it easy for both administrators and individual tenants.

Access control that makes life easier for your users and administrators.

Not every user has the same rights. Where some only get a badge to get in, others can also log into the access control application. They get a personal, role-based login. An easy way to determine who has which rights and useful to prevent employees from seeing information they are not entitled to.

A receptionist, for example, can only add badges and view the floor plan of the building, while the administrator has rights to all actions and screens.

And that has its advantages. Because this makes it possible to comply with GDPR legislation and you give the user-friendliness of the access control an enormous boost. After all, the user only gets to see menus he actually uses.

Together with our partner The Belgian, we will ensure that everything goes smoothly when the system goes live in Q3.
