Our strong international growth in recent years and a product range that requires our full focus has led us to decide to continue as two separate companies from 1 June. Access management will go its own way under the name Synguard, while Syntegro will fully focus on workforce management solutions.
Our hardware and software solutions stand for flexibility and adaptability to our customers' specific business situations. But flexibility and proximity as a USP indeed requires fast response times, which is much easier to do if you can focus on one market. We have noticed that the security and facility sector is in full swing: access control is moving to the cloud, access via smartphone, (cyber)security is becoming more important ... Customers expect an open, flexible solution that communicates easily with other systems. At the same time, we operate in an increasing number of countries. This reorganisation allows us to gear up so we can reach the acceleration we need.
All synergies will be preserved: our product platform remains the same for both access management and workforce management, and our staff will continue to assist you with all their expertise.
